Clinical review & evaluation
Our team reviews medical records and current clinical status to confirm rehabilitation is the right level of care.
Insurance verification
We verify coverage and benefits up front, at no cost to you, so there are no surprises later.
Physician approval
A Physical Medicine & Rehab Physician reviews the case and approves the rehabilitation plan before admission is finalized.
Coordination with referring facilities
We work directly with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and discharge planners to gather everything needed.
Admission scheduling
Once approved, we schedule the admission date around the patient’s readiness and the family’s needs.
Transportation coordination
We help arrange safe transportation to the hospital. Many insurance plans cover medical transport.
